Rústika is a Restaurant and bar based in Madrid. Its main goal is to celebrate the original Hungarian culture and recipes. Although there are many Hungarian restaurants in Spain, very few follow original Hungarian recipes, resulting in a Hungarian-Spanish mix. At Rústika, the goal is to be the essence of Hungarian haute cuisine, reflecting the respect and tradition in the classic Hungarian dishes and lifestyle so famous in that Country.
