Street food was born out of an insatiable desire to bring authentic Berlin street food to the city of London. We have a similar culture here: just before a meeting or just after a party, make a stop at the nearest available grilled food stall. Our standard meat is pork and we use tortillas for wraps. But what if we ate lamb in bread instead?
